---Note Inspection and maintenance of SPEEDFAM fine polishing machine at Cathay Semiconductor 12-inch wafer factory Cathay Semiconductor, as an international-level 300mm silicon single crystal production and processing base, is mainly engaged in the R&D and production of Czochralski heavily doped silicon single crystals and zone-melted silicon single crystals, as well as the corresponding wafer processing business. The silicon wafer grinding and polishing equipment used by the company is manufactured by Japan SPEEDFAM. As the first-level agent of Japanese SPEEDFAM in China, Yoshinaga is responsible for the maintenance and after-sales service of all SPEEDFAM related equipment of Cathay Semiconductor.
In December 2014, we worked with Japanese SPEEDFAM engineers to repair a precision polishing equipment for 12-inch silicon wafers for customers. The equipment has been used for more than 10 years, and the hardware and software need to be repaired. With the efforts of Japanese engineers and Yoshinaga's after-sales service department, with the active cooperation of customer engineers, we successfully repaired this precision polishing machine. The successful repair of this equipment has greatly improved the customer's wafer production capacity and quality. After the equipment maintenance is over, we and our partners who have been fighting for half a month have a good time and talk freely. Can solve problems for customers and make like-minded friends, what could be more meaningful than this.   |
