——Record of equipment installation and commissioning of Huajin Semiconductor Packaging Pioneer Technology R&D Center Co., Ltd.
Huajin Semiconductor is an influential national-level packaging and system integration pilot technology research and development center in the field of semiconductor advanced packaging and testing. In April 2015, the carbon dioxide foaming machine (12-inch cutting and removing static electricity equipment) agent by Yoshinaga was delivered ahead of schedule and entered the Huajin plant smoothly.
With the strong cooperation and support of Huajin Semiconductor's factory and equipment engineers, Yoshinaga Co., Ltd. cooperated with manufacturer personnel to formally install and debug.
During the installation and commissioning, based on the rich installation technology and experience of Yoshinaga and the manufacturer, the equipment was installed and commissioned smoothly. After the equipment was inspected and tested on the spot, the specifications and parameters reached the customer's requirements.

The carbon dioxide foaming machine can remove static electricity during the slicing process of the dicing machine and improve the cutting quality of products.
